A bit far, but lovely stay

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The onsens are an additional nice touch. The downside is how far it is from the downtown area, but the shuttle makes that a non issue, also the bus drops you off right at the door. A convenience store nearby is also good if you need late night food.

The bed sheets were stained and absolutely filthy and covered in hair. There is a ledge over the bath which means you can’t shower comfortably if you’re tall. The room smelled so badly of cigarettes - we wanted a non smoking room but they didn’t have any left, but the ashtray had only been emptied and not cleaned so the smell was awful. The room was also freezing with a badly placed heating unit which meant that you had to just put up with the cold or have the heater blowing directly on your face when you slept.

フロントスタッフは良かったですが、カードとカギがチェーンでくっつけられた物でしたので、部屋の仕様がカード差し込みタイプでしたので出入りの度に全て電気が落ちてしまい不便を感じました。 普通は代わりの無くなっても大丈夫な白いカードを渡してくれるか、カードとキーが別になった物を渡してくれます。 無くしたらその人の責任だとは思いますが あと、エアコンが仕事をしない 16℃まで下げても涼しくない 浴室のカーテンは凄くタバコ臭く換気扇をつけると何故か部屋中に匂いがする 禁煙にした意味がなかった 普通取り替えますよ。 部屋の掃除もメインしか出来てなく隅などはホコリだらけで棚板も壊れている始末 ただ仕事でご飯食べて風呂に入って眠るだけならありなのかなとは思いましたが、観光での宿泊は向かない 部屋タイプを変えて泊まってみて同じなら無しかなと思いますね。 あとフロントの方が送迎バスの予約を入れたのに反映させてなかったみたいで名前がなかったが何とかのせてもらえた感じでした 帰りなどは他のお客さんが乗れますかと問い合わせしたら大丈夫とフロントの方が言っていたが実際は満員で乗れなかった その辺きちんとして欲しいです。不安になります。
