The name of the hotel was not the same on our confirmation, sign by the highway, or on the building. Must have changed names without changing signage three times. They had a fisg and fetch event on july 5th from 5 to 8 to ride the chairlift. We arrived at 540pm and they were done. Room was not cleaned daily and shower never got warm. One high point was the breakfast waitress was awesome and sauna got plenty hot.

Very comfortable room and we loved the free chairlift ride. The bathroom door in our unit didn't close very well. Otherwise we had a great stay!

Beautiful resort atop a ski hill. New owners fixing up facilities. Everything was clean. Rooms are nice. Bed was super comfy. Huge indoor pool and fitness room.

I paid full price in spring. There were no employees to be found. The one kind employee, Joey, eventually made it to the front desk after I called the remote reservations number. Joey was apologetic. The parking lot is a disaster. Other than Joey and the fact that the room I stayed in was very nice, the bar was not attended the breakfast hours were not convenient, and as I described previously, it was a ghost town. Never again.
