EXCELLENT SERVICE but Need to Improve Room Comfort

Service was Very Good.o EXCELLENT There was some Mistake regarding Non-Communication of Confirmation from Hotels.com, but the Hydel Palace Mangement Cooperated EXCELLENTLY by PHONING HOTELS.com at 10-00 PM to SORT OUT the CONFIRMATION issue The TOILET while Clean was SUBSTANDARD as far as Comfort and facilities are concerned The Room was Clean but there was less useful furniture FOOD was Very GOOD to EXCELLENT
