Tudo excelente, inclusive o atendimento, exceto: lençol de tamanho solteiro em cama de casal; travesseiro muito baixo (tive que pedir um extra); só havia uma toalha de banho para reserva de um casal e tive que solicitar outra (toalhas excelentes, novas e bem brancas); havia só um fino edredon no quarto, considerando que é inverno e faz frio lá, tive que pedir mais outro e recebi outro de solteiro!

Muita cordialidade da recepção, quarto com bom tamanho e móveis novos, o que atrapalhou um pouco foi o tamanho do BWC e a garagem, muitos canais na TV porém a qualidade da imagem não é boa, tudo foi compensado pelo ótimo café da manhã, variado e delicioso. Recomendo e sem dúvidas é o melhor da cidade.

Bom hotel mas algumas coisas me incomodaram. Aparentemente era uma cama de casal, porém eram 2 camas de solteiro juntas com lençol de casal. Na semana de minha estadia havia uma confraternização, mas o que me causou certo constrangimentos foi que eu tinha que passar pelo meio para chegar ao meu quarto.

Gostei da variedade do café e da diversidade de itens disponíveis para compra no hall do hotel (frigobares estão vazios, você compra na entrada o que quiser deixar no frigobar).. Não gostei do estacionamento (extremamente apertado, correndo risco de um descuidado machucar lataria do carro), não gostei do meu apto no que diz respeito a entrada de claridade, poderiam ter colocado um blackout para resolver isso. Janelas também achei mto suscetíveis a olhares indiscretos de outros hospedes.
