The entrance is not user friendly for luggage rollers to enter the hotel. The shower water spilled into the bathroom and living area. The restaurant is clean and good. The overall servers is very good.

Great Hotel, Small Details

This hotel is great and I would stay again. There are a couple details that didn’t make sense. In the rear entrance, there a pavers divided by grass…this concept isn’t the greatest when you have travelers coming in with luggage on wheels getting stuck in between pavers. The other detail being the amazing showers and shower head but the drainage not being able to keep up with the flow, therefore water pours out of the shower into the bathroom floor and over to the carpeted sitting area. Some kind of barrier between the shower and rest of bathroom would go a long way!

Friendly and Attentive

We had breakfast here twice and it was buffet style it was very good a lot of options. The very next day when we came to breakfast again they remembered I drank tea and not coffee and automatically brought it. Little details like this are so much appreciated. All staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel was very clean and the gym was nicely kept. We did spend time at the pool and drinks were brought to us. We ordered Pina coladas Also had dinner and the shrimp cocktail was soo good. I had them make me a Dirty Martini and it was strong but good just how I like it. The only feedback I would give is the towels were a little rough. Would love to stay here again and take advantage of the spa next time.

el hotel es muy bonito, el mejor de irapuato podría decir. la habitación también es linda, y está impecable. lo único que podría cambiar sería la comodidad de las almohadas. pero de ahí en más, todo es muy lindo. y el problema de la regadera de la habitación de la 123 porque fue un poco tedioso poder bañarse, también por eso nos aplazamos 10 minutos con el check out.

The rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here for the most part For being a five-star hotel several things should be improved…no one offered help with the luggage, there is a very noticeable smell of the septic system at times, the toilet didn’t work properly (we had to call for repairs), we had to call for the cleaning staff to come EVERY DAY, and most importantly, since we were told you can’t brush your teeth with the tap water, plenty of water bottles should automatically be provided without request. The front desk staff are very kind and helpful and did a wonderful job.
