Request for iron but they didn't fulfil it until i have to request it again. The cleanliness of the bedsheet are not satisfying. Can't cange the temperature of the aircond. The staff did nothing on that. Freezing cold at night since the aircond cannot change the temp. Toilet's tile are soapy when we arrived. The shower hos are broken and always unattached from the sprinkler. Bad service, bad facilities.

If you want to perform solat or pray for muslim, the room quite small and there is no space for it.

Poor cleanliness

Not comfortable to sleep with the bedsheet looks like it never wash..the towel also dirty..please management improve on the cleanliness..limited space to pray for muslims..not recommended for family trip..luckily stay here for one night..

reasonable price for short stay

I only used the room to shower and sleep. The exterior of the hotel is not very pleasant as there are many abandoned shops and stray dogs.

The pillow is bad. Air-conditioning is not clean.

It was hard sleep with the pillow and the bed provided. The room was not clean and dusty. The air-conditioning was also dusty.

Humans Packed Like Sardines In A Hotel Room

OMG,what an AWFUL hotel.Room like a shoebox &it is definitely small for all races.Nothing was laid out inside was practical. I stayed in a double delux bedroom as 1person,I had found it hard to manouvre around this petite room.All 4corners of the room walls need at least 3layers of paint to just look normal. The soiled bed sheets were thin&were made and used a century ago &yes really need replacement.Not even worth staying an hour, let alone a day.The best part of my stay here is when I had the privelige in signing out &grabbing my 50ringgit deposit back.To be fair, the service was great. Next time if I visit Ipoh &the town is all booked out but this one has rooms vacant, I will wisely choose to sleep in the bus station IN STYLE for sure instead of doing it again in this hotel.

Lokasi hotel berdekatan dengan Aeon Station 18 dan pasaraya Tesco. Heater tidak disediakan di dalam bilik sebaliknya terdapat water dispenser di ground floor dan 1st floor.

Only good point is it's central location .

Worst hotel ever. Crockroachers & ants to keep you company in room. Broken water heater unattended to. Housekeeping staff were very sulky in character. Room & bath wasn't mopped up dry when I was shown the room which in fact was 15min. after the stipulated check-in time. No bath towels were given as apparently, were not back from the cleaners. Will never stay in this hotel even for free.

Good place for sleepover. Nothing fancy.

Good thing is the Toilet is not cramped unlike some other budget hotel. Quiet little town but Shopping mall, Supermarket & restaurant within walking distance. But the streets are too quiet to walk alone.

Room was small with standard facility.9km far from Ipoh town.700meter to Aeon and Tesco.Good for simple stay with own transport.

Overpriced hotel with disappointing facilities

The mattress was too soft(given us back aches the next day). The pillow case with stains, and they provide torn and yellowish towels. Poor bedding. The wood flooring was not under well maintenance. Bad interior design of the room, bathroom without lock, it has the almost same floor level with the room(water from the bathroom flows out to the room after shower). Doorless wardrobe. Only good thing are the spacious room and friendly staff, and the looking-good reception.
