Fiquei no Quarto Luxo, com vista para a montanha. A varanda e a vista para a montanha são bem medianas. Como é no primeiro andar dá pra ver pouca coisa. É praticamente uma sacada de prédio. Porém sem cadeiras ou mesinhas. Hotel médio. Quarto simples mas confortável. Sem luxos. TV simples. Consegui usar apenas conectando meu notebook via um cabo HDMI que eu carrego na bolsa. Celular não irá conectar pois não é TV Smart. Cama e roupa de cama confortáveis. Ar condicionado estava funcionando bem. O chão poderia ter sido melhor limpo. Assim que cheguei fui andar descalço e meu pé ficou sujo. No geral, 04 estrelas. Hotel bom para fazer uma parada de viagem.

Decepcionante.

Razoável. O hotel tem ar de decadência desde a recepção. Com exceção das funcionárias que fazem o melhor que podem apesar das condições. No primeiro dia pedimos para trocar o lençol que estava aparentemente sujo. No café da manhã havia mamão e melancia estragados, no segundo dia de café da manhã também, mamão estrafmgado, o café atrasou em virtude da falta de gás. Mas quero enfatizar que não pareceu culpa das funcionárias, e sim da gestão do hotel. Em resumo não vale anota que tem no booken.

Hotel bom, café da manhã bem completo e gostoso. A internet da operadora dentro do hotel é um pouco fraca, e o Wi-Fi disponibilizado pelo hotel é horrível, então melhor ficar na operadora mesmo. Se precisar pro notebook, melhor rotear do cel. Não tem uma cartilha no quarto informando sobre o funcionamento do hotel, no meu primeiro dia sai com a chave e me chamaram a atenção, pois eu havia levado, mas em momento algum eu fui informado que não poderia sair do hotel com a chave, que deveria deixar na recepção. Numa noite cheguei um pouco mais tarde, por volta de 00:40 e a recepção que era 24hs não tinha ninguém, buzinei no portão da garagem, toquei interfone, que parecia nem estar funcionando, e só vieram me atender após ligar insistentemente no telefone da recepção. Por sorte parece ser uma cidade tranquila e segura, senão, fiquei exposto por muito tempo até conseguir adentrar no hotel. Quarto bem amplo, com bom guarda roupa, varanda, cama confortável, muito bom num geral. Só por pequenos detalhes que não chegaram a excelência.

Deve ter sido luxuoso quando construído. Muito granito, madeiras nobres, até um piano de calda no restaurante. Porém parece que nunca passou por uma reforma, uma atualização. Pararam no tempo, cara de abandono. Atende razoavelmente bem homens que trabalham nas indústrias próximas. Não recomendo para famílias, turistas, casais. Elevador não funcionava, roupas de cama e banho muito simples e antigas, localido em distrito industrial. Fui a passeio com meu filho. Como um lugar para tomar banho e dormir, apenas OK. Se tiver qualquer outra expectativa maior, procure outras opções.

No check-in passamos um susto. A funcionária do hotel nos questionou sobre a forma de pagamento. Quando informei que o pagamento já havia sido realizado pelo hoteis.com, disse que não funciona assim. Depois de insistir e mostrar os comprovantes, entrou em contato com outra funcionária que confirmou que o pagamento já havia sido efetivado e liberou nossa estadia. O hotel em si é ok, nada de luxuoso ou extraordinário. Elevador não estava funcionando. Tivemos que subir 4 lances de escadas com nossas bagagens sem ninguém para ajudar. Mobília é antiga. Toalhas estavam com cheiro de guardado. Precisamos de um secador de cabelo e o hotel emprestou. O café da manhã é ok.
