We stayed during a medical visit for my mom with two surgeries a week apart. Only a short drive from the hospital and restaurants/shopping made for an easy visit. The downstairs bath and bedroom fit her needs with a grab bar, easy step in shower, bench, and adjustable bed. Recliners in the living room were welcome for afternoon naps. The kitchen and laundry were well stocked and easy to use. I appreciated having a separate suite to myself upstairs with a lovely bathroom and wooded views to the back of the house, but still could hear mom if she needed something. This helped make a challenging week into a retreat for me, too. The host was responsive to questions about the house, and flexible when we had both weather challenges and car mechanical issues. I highly recommend, and would book again.
