One week Family holidays August 2017

Positive: wide and clean room. Food quality and quantity. Staff. Swimming pool. Negative: dirty sea in the afternoon. Small river looking really bad close to the hotel and the beach.

Prossima 5 stella!

Nonostante il periodo critico e i numerosi ospiti, non c'è mai stato un momento in cui ci si sentiva soffocati dal sovraffollamento, in nessuna delle "zone calde" (ristorante, spiaggia, piscina...): c'era sempre molto spazio a disposizione e sempre l'attrezzatura in dotazione (lettini, sdraio, ombrellone, tavoli ecc.). La stanza era molto spaziosa e pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort e di un bagno grande e soprattutto, molto pulito. Piscina veramente molto ampia, con molto spazio per tutti. Spiaggia dotata do ombrellone e lettini per tutti gli ospiti. Unico "neo", (peraltro poco sentito) è la mancanza di aria condizionata nel ristorante e nei luoghi comuni (nella camera c'era e molto ben funzionante). Penso che con quest'ultimo sforzo, la struttura sarà da considerarsi a 5 stelle!

Lebendige Clubanlage an tollem Sandstrand

Das grosse Hotel war ausgebucht und daher war es sehr lebhaft - besonders beim Essen. Das Buffet war ok - die Qualität des Essens war eher mittelmäßig für italienische Verhältnisse. Zum Strand fährt eine Bimmelbahn durch den Pinienwald. Der Strand ist sehr schön. Fast zu 100% italienisches Publikum.

globalement bon hotel mais.... pas de vrai wi-fi. wi-fi sous dimensionné, accessible que dans certaines zones et le débit etait catastrophique (dependant du nombre de connecté...., wi-fi correcte que tot le matin. pas un vrai all in: beaucoup de rajoutes à payer.(on a du rajouter 350 euro pour 5 personnes pour 4 jours), par exemple raquette de tennis, glace. boisson disponible pas terrible et pas toujours fraiche.

Familienhotel mit großen Pool und leckeren Essen

Dies war unser 2. Besuch in dieser Anlage. Großes Clubhotel mit hauptsächlich italienischen Gästen. Animation nur in italienischer Sprache, diese war abwechslungsreich. Die Anlage ist insgesamt von außen etwas in die Jahre gekommen, benötigt ggf mal einen neuen Anstrich, dennoch immer gut gepflegt! Die Zimmer sind recht groß, die Ausstattung ok, großes Manko es fehlt ein Safe im Zimmer!!! Wertsachen können an der Rezepion hinterlegt werden - was echt nervig ist. Der Pool ist groß und sauber es war trotz ausgebuchtem Hotel sowohl am Strand als auch am Pool nie ein Problem liegen zu finden. Der Shuttel zum Strand mit einem kleinen Zug funktionierte reibungslos alle 10 Minuten. Man läuft aber weniger als 10Minuten selbst den Weg. Das Meer ist lanngsam flachabfallend zu unserer Zeit sehr sauber. Das Restaurant ist super, keine extremen Wartezeiten an den vielen Essebsausgabestellen, es gibt ein wechselndes Vorspeise Buffet, 3 Gericht Nudel oder Reis jeweils einmal Vegetarisch, Mit Fisch, mit Fleisch. 2.Gang Fisch oder Fleisch mit mind. einer warmen Beilage. großes Obstbuffet. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Es wurde bis zu letzt immer wieder aufgefüllt. Personal stets freundlich. Insgesamt ein gelungener Familienurlaub. Gerne wieder.

Attention ! Club de vacances et non hôtel!

Cet établissement est un club de vacances et non un hôtel. Les parties communes sont en bon état, la piscine agréable et les repas de qualité satisfaisante. Par contre, c'est un club fait pour les italiens. Rares sont les personnels parlant anglais ou Français ou toute autre langue. Mieux vaut donc parler italien sinon difficile de suivre des animations. Il nous a été demandé de payer les frais de club comme indiqué sur la réservation via expédia (jusque là pas de problème) + des taxes de séjours par un paiement séparé (montant demandé bien supérieur aux taxes de séjour payés dans d'autres établissements italiens). La réception a refusé de nous fournir une facture pour notre hébergement et autres frais à l'arrivée (montant total payé à l'arrivée) en nous indiquant que la facture est envoyée par courrier et arrivera quelques jours plus tard. Nous avons demandé de nouveau cette facture à notre départ, nouveau refus de délivrance d'une facture et cette fois on nous a indiqué qu'elle serait envoyé par mail (mail dont ne disposait pas l'hôtel). Bref, à ce jour nous attendons toujours...

Bel villaggio a due passi da un mare pulito

Questo grande villaggio facilmente raggiungibile con l'automobile dà subito una buona impressione di organizzazione; la struttura è particolarmente attrezzata per famiglie con bimbi piccoli e libera da barriere architettoniche; non sono ammessi animali se non cani per non vedenti. Ci sono due ristoranti, la qualità e varietà del cibo è ottima, il mare che è raggiungibile facendo una piccola passeggiata sotto la pineta (oppure prendendo un simpatico trenino) ricorda per pulizia quello della Sardegna, la spiaggia di sabbia è ampia ed i servizi (ombrellone e lettini) sono gratuiti. Le camere ed il bagno sono sufficientemente grandi, ci sono ampi parcheggi interni (purtroppo al sole), campi da tennis, da calcetto ed una grande piscina. Quello che però fa la differenza è lo staff dell’animazione, tanti, tutti bravi, qualcuno eccezionale, mai fastidiosi che lasciano a fine vacanza un piccolo vuoto nel cuore.

...da dimenticare....

Hotel 4 stelle che ne merita si e no 2! Organizzazione insufficiente, all'arrivo mancano brochure del villaggio, piantine, etc. Non c'è un opuscolo per le escursioni, ma ti viene elencato il tutto oralmente. Per non parlare del mangiare totalamente insufficente, neppure a livello di trattoria (scarsa scelta, ripetitivo, spesso cibo riciclato il giorno dopo sottoforma di polpette, involtini od altro). Conclusione: da sconsigliare vivamente Peccato, perchè avendo fatto negli anni precedenti un'esperienza sempre con il TH Resort (Sant'Elmo), mi sono basata su quello standard.

Ottimo per famiglie con bambini,

Il mare è pulitissimo, è vicino ad una grande pineta, dove si può passeggiare gradevolmente; il cibo è abbondante,servito a buffet, con una grande scelta; è un hotel adattissimo ai bambini, che trovano sala biberon, sala pappa, ed una animazione eccezionale; l'equpe di animazione è di ottimo livello, con una grande attenzione anche al fitness ed allo sport.Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Unici nei: la spiaggia piuttosto corta per il numero degli ospiti e quindi affollata, con molte file di ombrelloni; per trovare un ombrellone vicino al mare occorre alzarsi molto presto. Intorno al villaggio non vi praticamente null'altro da vedere, se non allontanandosi di parecchio
