Beautiful estate on Loch Ness

The Granary is on a courtyard surrounded by a main house occupied by the hosts, Dennis and Marion, and out buildings supporting maintenance of the grounds and facilities. The grounds are extensive and gorgeous.The location is 45 minutes to Inverness, 15 minutes to Urquhart Castle and close to Fort Augustus, Fort William and Ben Nevis, the tallest mountain in the UK.Communications with the management company did not include an address - the estate is just north of Invermoriston village where there’s a wonderful inn and restaurant so don’t go too far north up the highway before pulling left into the estate.We would stay here again. It was lovely.

Dream Location

The Granary was absolutely lovely - very well equipped and so peaceful. We only wish we’d been able to stay longer.
