Step outside and you`ll find a private swimming pool and hot tub, surrounded by a spacious patio and lounge chairs for soaking up the warm Florida sun. (There is an extra charge for heating of pool & hot tub)

Guests have access to the whole house, private pool and yard.
You can park your car in the garage or on the drive way.
No more than 3 cars allowed per reservation.

The pool and jacuzzi can be heated, please note that there will be an additional charge of $35 per day. Jacuzzi can be heated daily, pool heating is 2 night minimum.

BBQ-Grill rental is available thru Property Management Office for $50 per stay.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.
