We have started making this an annual trip to Radium and we stay at this resort. We don't have one criticism in regards to our stay. Beautiful resort and excellent staff. Keep up the great work.

Great stay…

Room was very hot when I arrived at 77. Found a water bottle and an empty beer box in the cupboard. Other than that the room was very clean. Staff were awesome. I did not use the bar or pool. Outside grounds were very clean. Slept well, no traffic noise as it is away from the highway.

Sabina checked us in and was SO helpful during our stay. She was friendly and kind and overall amazing customer service. We adored the restaurant staff as well- they made our restaurant trips easy and the food was yummy. Malcom was our server the first night- he and the bar tender made our first dinner relaxing and they were just super helpful and friendly. The hot tub was overcrouded as it is a small hot tub but the pool was nicely heated so it wasnt really needed. The room was clean and perfect size- We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and overall such a wonderful experience. Balcony had a beautiful view! Tv could be updated but honestly didnt care it was such a great experience. I WILL be going back here!

Relegated to the sub basement staff housing area when travelling with a pet even though they promote them being on the second floor. Room carpets were dirty and furniture, walls were beaten up. Informed at check in that indoor pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance. Robes not provided even though in the advertisement for the room and we were given attitude when we asked for them. Outdoor property lighting was not working during our 2 night stay so parking lot was pitch black and we needed flashlights to get to/from car each evening. No kettle in room, wifi and TV didn’t work….we had to ask for these simple amenities at 10pm at night and wait quite a while as there was not much staff. Not my version of a “resort” and really disappointing.
