Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be the choice of programming on the tv's. Plus, they had disabled HDMI so I couldnt hook up to the tv and watch Netflix from my laptop.

You dogs will love the location and comfort.

The location was very convenient with safe underground parking. The hot tubs and swimming pool were valuable to our sports recovery and relaxation Our dogs loved that they could walk off the deck to a grassy area for their walk. Can’t wait to book more trips in next few months

The property was above and beyond! One suite that felt like a private apartment with walkout rooms and separate bathrooms. The overall resort was beautiful, with a lot on site—including a highly coveted outdoor hot tub.

The amenities of the property are great. However room was fairly run down. The restaurants were also only opened for short amount of times - breakfast and dinner only. Not mid day. Hotel could use some TLC as it felt very muggy in the room.

Overall nice place. The out door pool was out of service for a broken handrail and saw nobody trying to repair. We were really looking forward to an outdoor swim. The spa was great. Had 1 hour massage felt awesome. The floors and walls are paper thin so the elephants and baboons sounded like they were coming through the ceiling and walls. Bed was comfy and nice housecoats to wear in the hotel. The TVS were terrible and crappy channels. Overall decent stay for 2 nights

Beautiful property and amenities. This place is great and the rooms are well thought out and spacious. They are great for families and groups. The pool/hot tub is great for winter and summer! Only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is the faucets are not great in the shower, and the one bathroom didn’t get water at all from the shower or the sink tap.
