Welcome to 28 Anderson Ave, an old fashioned small holiday rental in the beautiful seaside village of Inverloch. The property is fully fenced and pets are more than welcome.The off lead dog beach is at the end of the street, as is the beautiful Anderson Inlet, best place to swim. We provide Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, as well as 'Mor' guest amenities. The house has 2 queen size beds and one double, open plan kitchen, living and dining, a large outdoor deck, a shady front verandah. The house has split system heating and cooling. The bathroom has, bath, shower, toilet, as well as a second seperate wc, and shower in the is a large flat screen tv, DVD player, and we provide a good selection of DVDs, CDs and books.

We believe a pet friendly rental means just that,pets are welcome inside the property as well as outside, we provide dog bowls and toys. We are close to the tennis courts and the inlet beach as well as the beautiful Thompsons reserve.

We have a well equipped kitchen , a bbq area for all those wonderful summer nights. The garden is mainly native, providing lovely shady areas to sit and listen to the birds. It is about a 10 minute walk into town and a short drive to the surf beach.
we provide lots of information on the town and surrounding areas and are always available to answer any questions or recommendations you require.

We provide a good store cupboard for your use so you don't have to worry about salt, olive oil, jams etc, beach towels are also provided. PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE A MINIMUM TWO NIGHT BOOKING

Perfect pet friendly beach escape
Fabulous location with everything you could possibly need to enjoy a beach escape with your furry friends. The host spoils her guests with lots of little extras that go a long way to ensuring a comfortable stay for all. A definite one to add to the list of places to return to.

Dog friendly and comfortable home in a great seaside location. Easy walk to coast, with off lead beach at end of street (accessible only when not high tide), and 15min stroll into Interloch township with loads of cafes, restaurants and supermarket.

Great place with an incredible host
Nestled in Iverloch, this homely cottage near the beach was a haven for comfort. The host's incredibly thoughtful touch was evident in the well-stocked kitchen, filled with delicious snacks—a delightful surprise that made our stay all the more memorable. What a host! A perfect little spot to stay over the long weekend and get some much needed R&R. Would definitely love to stay again.

Great place
We stayed for 5 nights. Very pleasant and cosy cottage. Extremely surprised by the food that was provided for us by our host Jean. Fresh fruit,chocolates, bacon, eggs, butter, jams, croissants, cake and more. Thank you. Great outdoor options for sitting and relaxing. Would highly recommend and we all hope to return.

Great holiday rental!
My husband and I loved everything about this property. It has a great location, walking distance to shops and beach. The communication with the property manager was seamless. She is spoiling her holiday makers with all kind of goodies, which was a nice surprise on arrival. The house and pantry is stocked with everything you possibly would need for a short stay and more. The property manager Jean is such a gem! The house is roomy and has everything for your convenience. The yard was great for our doggy, so she had a great stay as well. We can highly recommend this property!

Loved this home for our weekend away. As the weather was a little chilly, having the heater on when we arrived was a nice touch! Also loved the scones, chocs and fruit that were provided for us to enjoy. It really was a home away from home as everything was provided. Would definitely recommend for a lovely stay in a lovely town
