The room was extremely spacious, with a huge kitchen. We really liked the layout of the room, it was refreshingly different to other motel rooms. It was also well equipped, warm and comfortable. The person at check in was helpful and informative. We were very happy with our stay.

Unfortunately there was very little natural light due to the mezzanine floor, so lights needed to be on all day. Needs silicone replaced around the shower area as moulding and limited ventilation in the bathroom with no fan (only a window). Towels weren’t replaced daily over our 3 night stay, so remained damp. Staff were lovely.

We were surprised to have underfloor heating in the bathroom, also a heated towel rail, which was turned on. Beds very comfortable, plenty of towels, shower was terrific. We will certainly be back here when staying in Invercargill.

Not located in the city centre but convenient enough if you have a car (parking readily available on-site). Check-in staff were friendly and the room was very spacious and clean, with ample heating. It would have been good if the bathroom windows had fly screens so they could be left ajar without a lot of mosquitoes coming inside.
