House RUH DI UT - A stone's throw from the rushing sea

Enjoy your holiday in this cozy double holiday home with approx. 85m², lovingly and high-quality furnished by the owners.

On the ground floor there is a spacious, light-flooded living-dining area furnished in warm colors and an open country house fitted kitchen.

From the living room with fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD, HiFi and iPod connection you have direct access to the terrace.

There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.

The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and external shutters to offer you every comfort during your vacation.

On the upper floor you will find a bathroom with shower/toilet/bidet, a spacious bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed for a total of 4 people.

In the attic there is a sofa bed (140x190) and a second TV for another person.

A travel cot and a high chair are available for our little guests.

WiFi is available free of charge.

Enjoy the large terrace with a beach chair and garden furniture.

An outdoor grill is available for cozy days and evenings. A carport and another parking space are available at the house.

There is also a tool shed for your bicycles and beach equipment.

The shops and restaurants on Timmendorfer Strand are within easy walking distance.

Auch mit Kleinkind geeignet

Das Haus war super sauber, die Küche war wahnsinnig gut ausgestattet! Eine detailliertere Auflistung dessen wäre super, da spart man sich einiges an gepäck. Lage ist toll, der kleine Garten ist sehr gepflegt und süß. Etwas weniger Deko im ganzen Haus und den Platz für die privaten Dinge frei lassen wäre toll. Wir haben aus den Regalen und von den Schränken doch sehr viel Deko zusammengestellen müssen um unseren Kram unterbringen zu können. Ein Tisch an dem Kinder Hochstuhl wäre auch noch toll, der Esstisch ist so viel höher als der Hochstuhl das es für das Kind schwer war vernünftig an seinen Teller zu kommen. Ansonsten sehr happy, auch mit 3 Generationen in einem Haus.
