Schöner Urlaub

Von der Buchung bis zur Abwicklung hat alles gepasst. Die Insel ist schön und wer kann, sollte sich ein Rad zur Erkundung mitbringen oder mieten. Der Strand ist wirklich sehr weitläufig und es gibt einen hervorragend ausgebauten Radweg, auf dem man auch mit Kindern gut unterwegs sein kann. Wir waren in den Herbstferien da. Die Heizung musste also auch mal in Betrieb genommen werden. Die war zwar elektrisch, setzte aber kein Ingenieursstudium voraus. Alles in allem, Top.

Mit Abstrichen zu empfehlen

Wir haben eine Woche auf Poel verbracht. Anreise und Check-In verlief reibungslos und freundlich. Ein Ansprechpartner war immer telefonisch erreichbar. Die Wohnung als solche war für unsere Ansprüche okay. Es schien uns, dass die Wohnung wie auch der Komplex schon seine besten Zeiten hinter sich hatte. Dennoch für uns als Familie okay. Den Kindern gefiel der Spielplatz.

Unterkunft sehr Sauber und Wohnlich es ist alles vorhanden. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Kuhrtaxe war bei der Buchung enthalten und sollte vorort nochmal entrichtet werden. Wurde über den Betreiber K. geregelt.

Ferienwohnung Gollwitzer Park

Wohnung war sauber, aber der Balkon und die Fenster wurden schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt. Balkongeländer war voll mit Spinnennetzen und Staubwolken. mussten erst selber zum Besen greifen. Fliegengitter hätten auch eine Reinigung nötig.

Die Ausstattung ist wohl ewig nicht mehr überprüft und ergänzt worden.Defekt: Nachttischlampen,Tisch,DVD-player ,diverse Schubfächer,unvollständiges Geschirr,Stühle wackelten,Tisch klebte immer,sehr ungepflegter,unsauberer Balkon ,Badezimmerfester ohne Blickschutz,defekte Fliegengitter,extrem kleines 2.Schlafzimmer mit Stockbetten/ Modder am Strand stank extrem.Sehr schlechte Internetanbindung!!

Tolle Lage für Naturfreunde, z.t. bauliche Mängel an Fliesenplatten Balkon. Die Platten liegen lose. Kennzeichnung " Treffpunkt Schlüsselübergabe" währe hilfreich. Der Hausmeister reagiert schnell und höflich. Der Strand ist einem Naturstrand zuzuordnen und auch so zu beschreiben. Die gärtnerische Anlage ist gepflegt, die Lage gut um auszuspannen.

Ruhige Tage an der Ostsee

Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe für einen ruhigen Urlaub. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos telefonisch aus einem Safe. Allerdings gab es die Kurkarte für den Strandbesuch erst am nächsten Tag vom Hausmeister. Die Betten waren gut. Gekocht bhaben wir nicht, wäre aber kein Problem gewesen. Der Strand ist recht schön aber auch sehr Naturbelassen auf der ganzen Insel. Das Wasser ist überall sehr flach. Schön für kleine Kinder und Hundebesitzer. Für mich als Windsurfer war es ein Reinfall.

Wo Licht ist, ist auch Schatten

Auf dem ersten Blick eine Helle freundliche Wohnung. Der zweite Blick war dann doch ernüchternd, sehr klebriger Esstisch, das Licht am Herd funktionierte nicht sowie nur ein Heizlüfter im Wohnzimmer funktionierte. In der Dusche lagen noch die Haare vom Vorgänger. Die Zimmerdecken zeigten deutlich, dass es im Sommer zu heftigen Kämpfen mit Mücken gab. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe sagte man uns jedoch, das eine Renovierung demnächst ansteht.

Gute Lage, geräumige Wohnung.

Gute Lage, geräumige Wohnung. Wohnlich und gemütlich. Toaster und Wasserkocher vorhanden. Fliegengitter leider nicht dicht angebracht. Wlan wäre super! In Zeiten von Corona hätten wir uns eine gründlichere Reinigung der Wohnung gewünscht und erwartet. Wäsche für Euro 25 pro Person ohne Wechsel recht teuer.
