This luxury holiday apartment on the ground floor of the "Südwester" house impresses with its furnishings and great location right on the Timmendorf harbor.

The apartment was newly renovated and completely refurnished at the beginning of 2023.

A large living room with open kitchen, fireplace and sofa bed awaits you.

The terrace with water views, beautiful patio furniture and a beach chair invites you to spend cozy hours!

Two spacious bedrooms with double beds as well as a spacious bathroom with sauna and a guest toilet allow up to 6 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Enjoy walks on the beach and the fantastic view of the port of Timmendorf and the Baltic Sea, you can't live any closer to the sea!

1 parking space available at the house,

High chair and travel cot available for our little guests.

In the communal cellar of the house (access from outside, accessible via stairs) you will find coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated dryers, as well as a communal bicycle cellar for bicycles.

WiFi is available free of charge.

Die Möglichkeit Fahrräder ebenerdig unterzustellen und Pedelac`s vor Ort aufzuladen ist nicht möglich. Die Erreichbarkeit vom Fahrradkeller ist aufgrund der steilen Treppe und Rampe nicht möglich. Ebenfalls ist ein aufladen der Pedelac`s nicht möglich, da keine Steckdosen im Fahrradkeller vorhanden sind. Somit ist der Fahrradkeller nutzlos.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit großer Terasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und hat einen schönen Blick auf den Leuchtturm und den Hafen. Da sie direkt am Zugang zum Strand und zum Hafen liegt ist es tagsüber etwas belebt was uns allerdings nicht gestört hat.

Wir können nur Lob verteilen. Die Unterkunft, die Ausstattung der Wohnung, die Lage sind hervorragend. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Ostsee, die Entfernung zur Ostsee sind ausgezeichnet. Uns hat es hier so sehr gefallen, dass wir für 2026 schon wieder gebucht haben. Immer wieder gern. Daumen hoch.

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar gelegen - direkt am Hafen. Kamin und Sauna sind zu dieser Jahreszeit ein Traum. Schwierig zu finden war leider die Möglichkeit, die Heizung einzustellen. Obwohl wir alle Regler der Heizkörper auf höchste Stufe gestellt hatten, blieb es kalt. Durch Zufall entdeckte ich den Regler der Fußbodenheizung. Toll wäre gewesen, das Bett nicht zu beziehen. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten bewusst eine Fewo mit zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht. So gab es nur ein Laken. Ärgerlich.

Leider wurde bei den neuen Straßenlaternen keine Abdunklung zur Hausseite vorgenommen - aufgrund fehlender Außenrollos haben wir somit "mit Beleuchtung" geschlafen, da die vorhandenen Vorhänge nicht abdunkeln; vielleicht kann ja hier einmal mit der Kommune Kontakt aufgenommen werden, da es ja vorher auch abgedunkelt war!

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in einer wunderbaren, sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung. Ein speziell reservierter Parkplatz war sehr angenehm. Außerdem wurden wir sehr freundlich vom ganzen Team betreut, insbesondere da wir den Aufenthalt mehrfach verschieben mussten (Corona, Sterbefall). Vielen Dank dafür!!
