This luxury holiday apartment on the ground floor of the "Südwester" house impresses with its furnishings and great location right on the Timmendorf harbor.
The apartment was newly renovated and completely refurnished at the beginning of 2023.
A large living room with open kitchen, fireplace and sofa bed awaits you.
The terrace with water views, beautiful patio furniture and a beach chair invites you to spend cozy hours!
Two spacious bedrooms with double beds as well as a spacious bathroom with sauna and a guest toilet allow up to 6 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
Enjoy walks on the beach and the fantastic view of the port of Timmendorf and the Baltic Sea, you can't live any closer to the sea!
1 parking space available at the house,
High chair and travel cot available for our little guests.
In the communal cellar of the house (access from outside, accessible via stairs) you will find coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated dryers, as well as a communal bicycle cellar for bicycles.
WiFi is available free of charge.
