This nice and clean hotel offers a great view of Seefeld. Rooms are big enough, people are friendly and willing to help you out. Breakfast buffet is enough of everything including fresh fruits and other healthy food. Enough variety.
We stayed here for a week over Christmas and the service we received was second to none! Our flight was 4 hours late which meant we missed the last train from Munich to Seefeld. When I phoned the hotel to explain, Jakub on reception was so helpful and arranged a taxi to pick us up from Innsbruck station. He also kept reception open until we arrived and our dinner had been kept for us also, despite us arriving after 10pm. The service throughout our stay remained at this high standard ending with a complementary taxi to Seefeld station on our departure. Everything else about our stay was excellent also. We had opted for a junior suite and was not disappointed. The room was large with two balconies and a separate sitting area, all very comfortable. The mini bottle of prosecco on arrival was a nice touch! Food throughout the stay was all delicious, from the breakfast buffet, through the soup and cakes in the afternoon to the five course dinner. We really could not have asked for more.
Our Tour escort took us to this beautiful hotel for over night halt on our way from Switzerland to Italy. This is situated in a hill in Austria with a very beautiful view. I understand the famous English movie ' The Sound of Music' was picturised here. The rooms in the hotel were very comfortable, spacious and romantic. The best choice for the honey moon couple. The only minus point in this hotel is the lift is very small and there are only two lifts.
We have stayed in this hotel before and the room that we had previously was fantastic so we decided to use the hotel again. Unfortunately all rooms are not at the same standard. We did have a big room with good views but the room was very tired. The reception staff were not as friendly and sociable as our first visit. The hotel is nice but we were disappointed with the room
This is a quaint little hotel with nice surrounding scenery. Note that there is only a single lift so if you are in a big group you could face challenges. There is no air conditioning or fan in the room which may be ok for most of the year but during summer maybe at least a fan is required. Breakfast was good. We stayed for one night and the rooms were spacious. Overall a pleasant experience and we would definitely return.
A very comfortable rooms and excellent hospitality . These are the hallmark of any good hotel which were missing in Terrace hotel at Mt. Titlis. Good food too . What else do you want. View from the rooms is very good .
We stayed in a suite with two balconies overlooking the mountains. Nice room but nothing fancy. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good. They will cook omelettes for you if you want more than the buffet. Quiet, relaxing hotel just a short walk to the village and cross country skiing.
We visited Hotel Seelos for a week (Monday to Friday) with our two-year-old daughter for a snowy holiday. We stayed half-board in a standard suite. From the moment we were greeted with orange Lindor at reception we knew we had chosen the right place. We love our food and the Hotel Seelos did not disappoint! The breakfast spread is amazing as is the multi-course evening meal including a fantastic salad buffet to start. The highlight of the week was the gala dinner - the lamb cutlets were delicious. And accompanying all this delicious food was really excellent and friendly service. The way they all doted on our little girl made her feel really special and created a lovely atmosphere for our family holiday. The reception staff were equally helpful, whether it was organising a taxi, offering advice on day-excursions or posting our postcards for us. The hotel is not in the most central location, but free transfers to the station and slopes meant that was not a major issue and there was a park for sledging and snowman-building right next door to the hotel. All in all we had a wonderful stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. I am sure we will be back next year!
We arrived late at around 9pm, and it was dark and not able to see the surroundings, and we needed to pull the bags to the hotel (about 100m) due to small road and coach bus could not enter. When we woke up the next morning, we were stunt by the beautiful views of the Alps and the skiing mountains from the balcony windows. This is a lovely hotel with a great view of the lovely town Seefeld itself. The staff was very friendly and very efficient as you did not get to see many. The room size was good and the beds were comfortable. The Wifi speed was acceptable and the breakfast spread was quite good too. It’s a very pleasant experience and relaxing to stay in Seelos hotel.
We (my husband and my parents) stayed at hotel Seelos over the Christmas period, a total of 7 nights at half board. The whole service that was offered from the fantastic reception staff to the bar and restaurant staff; which we ended up becoming friendly with, especially Katy, Petra, Robert and Borris. They always had a smile, laughed with us and helped us with learning basic German language. The food was magnificent, each night we were served 4-5 courses all showing off local produce and cooking techniques. Breakfast was had an amazing variety. Christmas was very special, drinks and a magical Seefeld story at the beginning then a 7 course gala dinner. Couldn't fault it. Hotel Seelos thought of all the smaller details, with a lovely welcoming note and a bowl of fruit. I am currently pregnant and needed additional pillows which they delivered straight away. Daily services for fresh towels and the making of bed. My husband and I enjoyed seeing what design the doona would be (We called it doona art) and then the turn down service while we were at dinner. All in all, Hotel Seelos was fantastic. We are already planning our next holiday here.
