Apt. Innamorata, a nice three-roomed apartment directly on the beach of Innamorata, composed of a terrace in front of the sea on which you can eat and prepare food on the BBQ, accompanied by a good wine and the shimmering sea at sunset. The house is inserted in a complex of attached cottages and is composed of a living room-kitchen with tv, 2 double rooms without windows, bathroom with shower. Capoliveri is only 3.5km away. We do not have a private car park. Bed linen and towels are only provided on request, pets only on request.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms.

La casa è proprio sul mare in ottima posizione ha un bel giardino con barbecue ottimo per chi come noi ha il cane la casa nell’interno non sarebbe male peccato dentro sia molto arrangiata con qualche mobile vecchio e dissestato anche le stoviglie non erano il massimo macchinetta del caffè senza manico dentro all’appartamento non c’era ne una presina uno straccio per pulire abbiamo avuto un problema appena arrivati con il frigo che perdeva acqua risolto tempestivamente dal signore dell’agenzia Luca anche il frigo molto vecchio rumoroso la notte...avrebbe delle grandi potenzialità se ripulito e riarredato con poche cose semplici...per il resto Elba Bellissima come sempre e agenzia immobiliare ottima comunicabilità e tempestività nel risolvere il piccolo problema

Näher am Wasser geht nicht, es darf nicht regnen, sonst wird's trist, da Fenster fehlen in der Wohnu

Tolle Wohnung direkt am Strand, ruhig gelegen mit grosser Terrasse. Mir fehlten die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern, dadurch waren die Zimmer dunkel und feucht. Luca hat sich top um alles gekümmert, sehr nett und freundlich !
