Part of the private townhome community Rocky Point, this home offers 3 bedrooms plus a 3rd floor bonus room, 3 full bathrooms, 2 with cast iron, claw foot soaking tubs, a fully equipped kitchen, great-room with a wood-burning fireplace, washer & dryer, upper and lower deck and direct, unobstructed views of 4th Lake. In the community you'll enjoy the beautiful 1300 ft sand beach, indoor pool & hot tub, tennis courts (3x), beach volley ball court, boat docks and gorgeous history island gazebo. We are just a short walk to the town of Inlet with shops & restaurants, numerous hikes and bike paths.

Winter in Upstate New York offers diverse outdoor activities, especially in the Adirondack towns of Old Forge, Inlet, and Eagle Bay. Enjoy skiing at McCauley Mountain or cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at Fern Park and Adirondack Woodcraft Camps. Awesome place!

It was a wonderful place that wasabsolutely beautiful and clean!! We had views of 4th lake from the great room and the master BR!! The added bonus room on the 3rd floor came in very handy!! Big fan of the deep tubs and showers too!! It sleeps 8 people so it was perfect for our group!!!

Beautiful property

Beautiful property and lake. A tad unhappy because I had been promising my kiddos a pool for a month (And myself a hot tub) and it was closed due to COVID. I wish this was disclosed. All new fixtures and appliances. Also heavy construction started promptly at 7a everyday. This should have been disclosed (large scale project that all parties are aware of besides the renters). Still one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed.

Very nice place, but unfortunate that they are building on the point

We enjoyed our stay, and Scott was very helpful (mgt company). It was a very nice place on the water, and well decorated and outfitted. The tennis courts were also nice to have nearby. They had forgot to leave us sheets when we arrived, so that was frustrating and caused some stress Friday evening. Also, it's very disappointing that they are allowing condos to be built on the middle of the point, which was a beautiful common area next to the beach, boat docks and gazebo. Overall, it was a really nice experience.
