Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Beaver Fever is tastefully styled home sitting perched above the Guadalupe River. Lots of fun to be had by either making smores and memories by the firepit, grilling on the large patio with a view, cozying up by the fireplace inside, taking a nap on the hammock or using the two kayaks provided to go on an adventure down the Guadalupe River! Deep and shallow River makes it great for all to explore, fish or swim!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 3 bathrooms and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.

Perfect property for a weekend trip

Quite Neighborhood in a perfect spot. The House was very clean and organized. At first, had a little trouble finding the 3rd bedroom (access thru the garage), but other than that, no issues at all. Enjoyed all the amenities. Definitely to keep in mind for the next weekend trip. I would recommend this property.
