As a someone who travels 4-6 weeks a year on both business and family trips, I would not recommend this hotel. After booking directly on the website and emailing with the staff to confirm reservation, I travel around the world and get here only to have them tell me they don't have any rooms. Never mind the booking confirmation and the confirmation email correspondence I show to the reception, all they can do is say, no more rooms. They don't even apologize or seem sympathetic. The hotel management, and internal policies inadequate. Although I will return to this area several times over the next few years on business, this is not where I’ll stay.

We stayed at the NH Ingolstadt for one night, after a day of shopping at ingolstadt Village. The hotel is just 5 minutes driving from the Shopping Village. Parking is 10 Euros per day. Service is very good, the rooms are good size, convenient, quiet with modern and high quality furniture. Beds are good and sleep quality excellent. The restaurant in the hotel is reasonable, not chef class but offers good food. I would stay there again if I am in the area.

The hotel itself is rather descent. The room is clean, though a bit old as there is still old carpet. But it is clean. The restaurant is nice - food and also services. The reception is good - some are very helpful but one with a frowning face all the time. No iron board in room but can be borrowed from the reception.

in the price category, simply the best, little bit hard to find the back entry of the parking place, placed perfect nearby the motorway without any noise from it. Helpfull stuff, but the hotel is mostly hard frequented so there is no possibilty to get a room shortly. BR

This hotel has very convenient location (near the motorway and outlet centre). Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is good and with plenty of choices. Rooms are clean & spacious. Reasonable price. I defintetly recommend.

Booked during low season it was very cheap and internet worked ok. It is dated and trapped in the 80s but well maintained. Agree 10eu to park in the open unsecured is a bit rich. We parked in street. Breakfast is good albeit a little limited but fir the price it gets 4 stars.

The rating say it all. Overall it is a good hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast and varied too (I do not appreciate very much the fruit, it does not seem healthy sometimes, but the rest is more than ok). Gripes are on the free internet which is very very slow, the sudden introduction of 10 euro parking fee, which pragmatically rises the cost of the rooms, with no added benefit, and the absence of variation on the dinner menus. Having been there many times in the last year, it becomes a little bit boring. It may have its reasons, of course, it I think it might make sense. I was very cold one night, and I must say the staff helped a lot, although putting forward the excuse that the heating system was not up to warm the whole hotel seemed flimsy. But this is a minor point, certainly.

The location is very convenient, near the motorway junction and close to the outlet centre in case you want to do some shopping. Staff was friendly and accommodating, we were allowed to check in early after a long car journey. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Clean, good working air conditioning, good staff, reasonable price. Recommended!

And the spouse very much it was pleasant to me. We recommend. And if you travel by car, then it is the best for you the choice. But also without car at hotel a fine location in excellent transport availability. And the attention and care of employees of hotel plus a fine breakfast will keep to you excellent mood for long time forward.

The hotel and the rooms are absolutely perfect. When the bill was paid, there was suddenly 10 Euro on for parking, as no one had informed us anything about. The evening meal in the little restaurant was not a good experience. Alarm from a television that showed a football match and the food was wienerschnitzel with 3 potatoes, 1 slice of lemon and a tablespoon of cranberries for each. VERY EXPENSIVE. Because there was little more than meat, we ordered a portion of salad for sharing, which cost 10 or 12 Euro. It cost about drinks approx. 60 euros. It was a bad experience.
