Compared to many European hotels the rooms were larger though not as large as American hotels. The bathrooms were very modern and well done. Breakfast was very good and part of the stay. Had ample food and variety and a good amount of tables to sit down and eat. The hotel is within walking distance to a laundrette if you need to wash clothes and there is a market across the street as well. also in walking distance to shopping etc. Good solid hotel.

The hotel had a good breakfast range and clean rooms. You could almost see through the towels, however, they were so thin. The beds were comfortable. Room service did not cover the refilling of tea/coffee/paper and plastic cups. It was left to guests to chase these up. Several guests had evidence that no vacuuming was ever done in their rooms

Traveled here with a high school French Club tour booked through CHA Educational tours. Hotels for trip were picked by tour company. This hotel was clean, comfortable and very welcoming. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to many eateries.

Located centrally, contemporary and clean rooms with both heating and air conditioner. Double glaze window onto main avenue allows fresh air into the room. Slept at night with the window open on a 3rd floor room facing the avenue apart from some cars passing it was relatively quiet with no loud pedestrian or noises from venues nearby. Tea/coffee and electric kettle in room although only one black tea and one green teabag provided. If anything was a let down it was the towels strangely enough, old and quite thin. Friendly and helpful staff with excellent English

Pros: parking, reasonably priced. Generally friendly and helpful staff. Good location, right across from a Carrefour and a quick walk to the city center, near several restaurants Cons: Problems with the rooms cleanliness and housekeeping. The first room we were given was not clean, so we were quickly and courteously moved to another. In fairness, that replacement room had not been prepared for guests, though it was stocked with what it should have had. But the floors, especially the entry and many of the room's corners, especially behind doors, were not clean, and never were during our four-day stay, though we alerted them after the first day. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Bathroom trash was not emptied, toilet paper and towels not restocked. One of the lamps had a short, and though we alerted them to the exposed wires, it was never removed or replaced. I had a small argument with one of the managers when I requested shampoo and cups, and was told that what we got initially was a "welcome gift" and after that, our hair was on its own--and I had to fight for toilet paper. Apparently, the concept of the "Hospitality" industry only goes so far with this place. But that manager was later very helpful in arranging dinner reservations for us. Still, they need to keep their rooms clean (see attached photos).

Its a comfortable hotel only 10 minute walk from the main town square. The staff are very helpful, rooms are large with tea/coffee making facilities. It also has a nice french style sitting room with a TV behind the reception. The breakfast was adequate. Would have no issue with staying at this hotel again.

This hotel is on the main road leading to the city center and attractions. There are many restaurants within a short walk. The front desk person speaks good English and was friendly. The accommodation is comfortable, but fairly basic. We had hard time getting on the wifi in our room. Even if when we did get on, it was very unstable. In the evening, it was almost impossible to get on at all. The breakfast was also pretty basic with limited choice of proteins. The best feature of the hotel is its location and the garage parking in the basement of the same building.

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a package holiday. Room was fine with well appointed bathroom and air conditioning-much appreciated as it was in the mid 30s when we were there. What was odd was the inconsistency with regard to the hospitality tray. * When we arrived there were two packets of biscuits, two of those milk cartons. a selection of tea and coffee and one paper cup. I went down to reception and asked for two cups and was given two china mugs. * Next day on our return from the day's travels we found one paper cup one packet of biscuits and a selection of tea/coffee along with the two milk cartons. I went down to reception again to complain only to be told that the items were complimentary only on the first day! I accepted that but said I still needed two cups. She gave me two paper cups with additional milk. * On the final day we arrived back to find two cups, two packets of biscuits and no milk. At this stage we admitted defeat. There seems to be some lack of communication between management and those who service the rooms about what they should give guests. My friend also spilled some tea on her bed but the duvet cover was not replaced.

Spent 3 nights here. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They called and reserved tours for us, printed driving instructions and gave us excellent advice. Nice location. Short walk to the center of town. Grocery store directly across the street. Nice, quaint room. Nice breakfast. The only problem was that the weather was warmer than normal, which made the room warm. We opened the windows and stayed comfortable. This did make the room a little noisy at night while sleeping. Getting into the parking garage was incredibly tight. It is directly under the hotel and the entrance is tiny. We did make it in and out, so I guess it wasn't too bad. A really nice place to stay.

We stayed 3 nights as part of a package deal and were very pleased with the tasteful modern room décor. It was spacious, curtains had good blackout quality to them, there was ample storage and good varied lighting options plus a large TV (several channels including 2 news channels in English). Good sized bath and powerful shower over the bath. Unusually for French hotels there was a good selection of teas and coffee in the hotel room and a good sized kettle, also daily small packets of biscuits. The bed was large with 2 pillows each, one of which was memory foam. There were also 2 spares in the top of the wardrobe which was handy for being propped up in bed to watch the large TV fixed on the wall. Breakfast was the usual breads & croissants with assorted jams, fruit juices and tea and coffee. The coffee machine made very good quality coffees of different types but there was also jugs of coffee for those not wanting to wait. A nice touch, there was a large bowl of fresh oranges and a juicer for those wanting fresh juice. There was scrambled egg but unfortunately this was solid every morning and looked burned around the edges so looked like it had been put in a dish in an oven). The layout for breakfast looked ok but was congested and not practical once more than 3 people were trying to get stuff; bit of a bun-fest! Nice tables, crockery etc though and staff cleared things away regularly. Staff were very helpful and friendly and we would definitely stay again. NB Don't be put off by the hotel front which looks very ordinary and nothing out of the ordinary, it's so much better inside. Small and slow lift though so in a group be careful as it's a long trip up several flights of stairs unless you are prepared to wait a while!
