Stayed here overnight on a long drive to UK from southern Spain. It was good to have the underground safe car parking for a few euro extra although on street parking is easy. Large comfy double bed and well equipped to cook a simple meal if you want to, plus there's a supermarket across the road in the shopping centre. Particularly useful if you're travelling with your dogs in cooler months and can't take advantage of all fresco dining. A large park about 3 minutes away for walks and the tram stop into the centre of Tours outside the hotel (dogs allowed on board too!). Plenty of places to eat in the shopping centre if you don't want to take the 10 minute tram ride. Very quiet, was a bit worried it might be noisy as it's also promoted as student accommodation as it's in the University area but no problems at all. Comfy bed, bathroom was fine and an efficient shower. Would definitely use again but probably not in the height of summer as there did not appear to be any air con.

This apartment was interesting. It wasn't sure what it was. It had a hotel bedroom with what looked like a very large wardrobe. Open this and you get a very well fitted out kitchenette with 2 ring cooker microwave kettle sink and fridge. In the hall (which is your own) is the actual wardrobes and off the hall is a bathroom. There is also a balcony. It is really well placed for visiting Tours on a budget as it is next to the tram (can not be heard in the rooms)so sightseeing is easy. There is a very pleasant shopping / eating/ leisure area with fountains also across the road. the reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and the bed really comfortable. We will be returning for a weeks break as it was a business trip so flying through.

I was here in September. I got room 401 - it was two bedroom appartment with bed in one room and sofa, TV set and kitchen in the other one. It was nice and clean. The shower was quite old but still clean. The breakfast not great but a great variety of ham, eggs, salami, French cheese, croissant, and other sweet pastry. Very good coffee (not great but still better in the other hotels where I stayed), tea and juice. I can recommend for everyone. The location is great - not exactly in city centre but with the new tram in Tours it takes only 13 minutes to Gare de Tours station in city center. Near the hotel is shopping mall with a lot of shops and one Moniprix store.

The cheap deal we got here was by far overshadowed by the check-in experience. We paid at reception (extra for wifi) and were given the keys to a room. When we got there we found a dirty sheet on the bed, pillows and duvet on the floor. This was about 4pm. Back down to reception (with luggage) where the only member of staff visible said she didn't know how long we would have to wait! Maybe an hour? Instead of making a fuss we left the luggage and went into town on the tram for a meal. 3 hours later, it still wasn't ready. Definitely running on a tight budget and understaffed

We arrived after a long, tiring journey from Pamplona, having experienced bad traffic delays. The receptionist was helpful and efficient, explaining there were problems with the locks on the doors etc., but this would not cause us difficulties as she would let us in when we came back from having our meal, and this was indeed the case. Just a few hundered yards away there is a plaza with a very good choice of eateries. There is also a tram stop at the plaza. I had never stayed in an apartment hotel before, and was impressed with what was on offer for the price paid. It would be a good place for a base if you wanted to explore the area.

Location convenient for the university and tram station to Tours. Nearby 'out of town' shops and restaurants. Free car parking. The establishment itself is run down with no care and attention to cleanliness. The room was dirty, the towels were grey, the toilet roll holder broken, cigarette ends and empty packet left on the balcony. Every piece of crockery in the breakfast room was chipped, again little care given to cleaning. Best described as student accommodation. Certainly could not recommend to anyone and not cheap either.

Would not use this chain of hotels again. Budget end of the market, and the place was really neglected & horrible. We had a 1 bed apartment, the sheets on master bed were not big enough, there was no air con & to get any air in you could only open the whole window which wasn't really safe for children. His sofa bed in the living area was the most basic thing I've ever seen, and when folded out was in danger of tipping over when you sat on the edge to get in. Some of the cutlery broke while using it. The rooms & furnishings were very shabby & bits falling off them. The bathroom was large, but nowhere to put any toiletry bags, the light didn't work. We asked to be moved to a 2 bedder, so my son could have a proper bed, but they were booked out. Staff not friendly or helpful. It is a long way out of Tours and on new roads so Satnav may not have the street. Need a car to get into Tours.

The most unhappy staff I have ever encountered. Reception staff completely oblivious to visitors and not helpful or engaging at all. Lady in the breakfast bar absolutely miserable and bad tempered. Spent whole time muttering under her breath and slamming utensils down as if visitors were an inconvenience. House maids only staff I saw smile and could say hello. Room was comfortable and well appointed and a good size except there was no air conditioning or fan. Would be intolerably hot in summer, as it was uncomfortable in June. Will not be back! EVER!

Nothing exceptional. A simple hotel with clean, functional rooms in a location that makes sense if you have business with the university next door. Poorly located if you are visiting Tours as a tourist, because it is located several miles from the city center. There is a large shopping mall across the street, with cinemas, restaurants, and shops. Courteous staff, decent wifi, modern facilities but everything on the cheap side (think Ibis).

We stayed here for one night but are coming back in a weeks time. Very modern, looks like it has just come out of the box. Rooms have nice kitchen and good fittings. Reception personnel very helpful. Close to tram stop so Tours centre is very close. However our room was possibly the subject of some clumsy previous clients. Two chairs were broken together with a cup. Not much really but I would have expected the room should have been checked beforehand. Hopefully it will be better next time, review to follow. Breakfast good but possibly not 13 € worth.
