Making Fool of Customers

I had done my booking through hotels.com in which I booked Deluxe Room with Multiple Bed Options i.e One Double Bed and one King Bed. But at the time of check in hotel staff said they don't have this category room with us and we had to settle in a small room. A very rude behaviour from the hotel staff. Please don't book this property
