I paid a lot of money for the premium deluxe room, but the room I was put in was on second floor with terrible views of a construction site. As per their elevator information panel, the room I was assigned was deluxe and not premium deluxe. When I mentioned this to the front desk I was told that some rooms on second floor are premium deluxe, I am not sure if I believe that because there was nothing premium in the view I got from my room. Also, no microwave in my premium deluxe room 🤔. The breakfast served in the lobby in morning was very good, thoroughly enjoyed that. I think the staff needs to be certainly more professional. They are gossiping and giggling, very unprofessional.
