Disappointing
Our stay at this property started off poorly. When we arrived, the house was filthy — it clearly had not been cleaned prior to our check-in. To the property manager’s credit she was responsive and sent cleaners over right away, but it took them about two hours to finish, and even then, the results were disappointing.The overall cleanliness was lacking. The sheets and towels had stains and hair on them, many of the towels were still damp from being taken out of the dryer too soon, and some were left in the washing machine. The house was not ready for guests. It was obvious that important cleaning details were overlooked, which made the stay uncomfortable. We asked for compensation for the inconvenience, especially for the first night, which was significantly impacted. Unfortunately, we were told a refund aside from returning the cleaning fee would only be issued if we did not leave a negative review — an unprofessional and inappropriate request that left an even worse impression. That said, the property itself does have some nice features. The game room and pool area were great. With a thorough deep clean, and better attention to details this could be a great rental.However, based on our experience, both the condition of the home upon arrival and the way our concerns were handled left us disappointed. I hope the owners take this feedback and make the necessary improvements for future guests.

Thanksgiving family fun

Great Place for Couples
We had a fabulous time and the house has everything you will need. The jacuzzi and pool/slide was excellent. The beds were comfortable, plenty of room and enough TVs to watch sports. We would definitely stay here again as it is close to everything and quiet gated community.

Excellent stay!
Had a wonderful weekend celebrating my daughter’s birthday in this beautiful home! We kept busy with the activities provided and enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed for our dinner celebration! I highly recommend this home to stay. The host was very responsive with any questions we had.
