We did not use the pool. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was great--especially the large island for food prep and dining. There was a strap on the oven preventing its use but we used the air fryer instead for warming food. The BBQ worked perfectly. Overall a great experience and we would come here again!

Perfect for what we needed.

Perfect house for our needs. In Indio from NY for a wedding. Liked that we were in walking distance to my brother and his family living there. House set up worked perfectly for us.

Room for extended family

This was a great house for our extended family of 8. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths allowed everyone a comfortable sleep. Open concept kitchen/living room was great gathering space.Only problem was using the pool and spa. We paid extra 100/day to heat pool but had to text property management to turn it on, since all controls are remote. Spa never heated up, though jets were nice.

Clean and spacious

We had a very nice visit at this property. It is fairly new, with comfortable beds and a wide open kitchen layout. Pillows are very soft so if you prefer a firm pillow, you might want to bring your own. We cooked here, and found almost everything we needed, including a better selection of pots and pans than usually found at rentals. Note: there is enough seating for about 10 people on the living area sofas but only for about 6-7 at the dining room table. If you have more people than that, they can split and sit at the stools on the kitchen island or on the sofas/loungers. There are a lot of rules, but following them wasn't difficult. The host was communicative and friendly. We stayed in January and the house was decorated from top to bottom with Christmas decor, including a (slightly creepy) talking life-sized Santa. If you do not celebrate, it could be awkward during the season. Check in was extremely simple and the gated community and property was very easy to enter. Hope this is helpful.

Spacious, clean, gorgeous house!

Came for my son's 18th birthday with family. There was something for everyone: pool table, swimming pool, Smart TVs, fast Wifi, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Open and spacious floorplan in a nice gated community. Communication with management was easy and responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better rental.

Amazing home!! One of the best!!!

One word could really sum it up, AMAZING! My family and I enjoyed our trip to Indio and enjoyed spending time in this immaculate home. My family and I are pretty picky and particular when it comes to cleanliness and this home definitely met our expectations and went beyond. The pool was definitely an added bonus. The kids loved the pool and probably would of spent our entire stay inside the pool if it were up to them. The pool had the ability to light up at night with the use of a remote control, which was excellent because the kids could continue to swim as the sun went down. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. My family and I felt safe during our entire trip. As far as size goes, the home comes with multiple beds and four bedrooms. The accommodations were a perfect fit for my large family of 9. I loved the fact that it was not cluttered with unnecessary items and all items had a place and were put up out of sight, which made it a great choice for traveling with our toddler. Not only was the house a true gem our host Gabriel was absolutely amazing. Gabriel was quick to respond to all our requests and questions, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Thanks so much for an awesome stay!
