Getting Around:

Make sure you always enter and exit through the main gates (guarded gates)!
All ride share and delivery drivers have access through guarded gates.

Other Things to Note:
We understand that you may be excited to start your stay sooner than later. To ensure an early check in please put in a request in advance. A $100 fee will guarantee that your beautiful home is ready early for your arrival.

Please note if you would like the pool/spa heated, inquire by reaching out to the host. They need a 24 hour notice to heat the pool/spa and a nightly heating charge will be added.

2. No smoking or vaping inside the homes!

3. We do NOT allow pets in our homes. If you would like to reach out to the host directly, arrangements can be (possibly) made and a pet deposit will be required!

5. We do NOT allow water balloons in the backyards. If they are found in property, guests will be subject to a fine!

Beautiful lakefront sunsets

What a wonderful place, truly an Oasis in the Desert. Who knew there was a lake in Palm Springs area! The house is located on a quiet dead end in a gated community. It is one house away from a dog waterfront park and 2 min away from the Clubhouse which has a kids playground and huge lawn for the kids to play soccer. The house itself is wonderful setup with huge master overlooking the lake and a great bathroom. The Kids had a ton of fun sleeping in the huge bunk beds and there's a big bedroom isolated in other part of the house that we used as a home office which was perfect. We didn't use the fourth bedroom. The kitchen is so well equipped, much better than most places. The dining table is quite big both inside and outside to have large family dinners. But the highlight is the backyard with the wonderful and hot tub. The fire pit is perfect to watch the sun set over the mountains and over the lake. There's tons of stuff to do as the house is equipped with outdoor games like, Corn Holes, Connect 4 and other games. The highlight was fishing and catching a pretty big catfish!!! The host was very available and wifi was fast

Clean and neat place

I will recommend this place to my friends ! Very nice and clean in very quiet neighborhood! The management was awesome thank you! I had to add more guest at 10 pm texted the manager and he promptly did respond to my request and everything on a weekend night went smoothly and my guest joined us . Will recommend to everyone! Thanks 5 star property management!
