Sleeps 16! There is a required Rental Agreement and Pool Waiver that will be emailed to you via docusign. THIS MUST BE SIGNED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF BOOKING* Parking for 5 cars.

We had a wonderful stay with all of our kids and grandkids. The house was large enough that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We used the pool everyday and had a lot of fun. Great Rental

We spent a week in the desert over Thanksgiving, and this property was great for our group of 16 (8 adults, 8 kids). The location is a bit out of the way if you're looking to do touristy things in Palm Springs, but we love this area for family time. The outdoor space was lovely, the house was well equipped and the owner was very responsive. The property looks just like the photos and there is a little bonus room/walk in closet in the master that was tucked away and perfect for napping the littlest one in our group. The house is in a gated neighborhood and felt very safe. We really enjoyed our stay!
