Outdoor:
If you are looking for the perfect vacation home to enjoy the morning fresh air, relax with your family and friends all with a stunning view, then Como Lake Villa is the home you are looking for. Start off your morning with a warm cup of coffee outside in the spacious backyard overlooking the lake. Take a dip in the refreshing pool while lunch is being prepared on the propane-fueled barbecue. Catch some rays on one of three lounge chairs while reading your favorite book. Enjoy some sparkling conversation on the comfortable patio furniture under the switch-controlled ceiling fan with room for seven. Put the kids down for bed and relax with your favorite glass of wine around the fire table with seating for four. Finish off your night in the heated spa while you take in the stunning views. 

Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoor:
This vacation home opens up to a large living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a Smart television and natural gas fireplace in comfort under the switch-controlled ceiling fan, which includes a Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for six. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a GE side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including laminate countertops and bar height dining with seating for two. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located upstairs to the right of the landing and features a King-sized Bed, Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and large walk-in closet with a private balcony overlooking the lake. The private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and his and her vanity sinks.

Suite 2 is located upstairs, next to the laundry room and features a Queen-sized Bed, a Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan and access to the private, en suite bathroom featuring a tile shower, and a vanity sink. A private balcony can be accessed from Suite 2 which overlooks the front entrance.

Bedroom 3 features 2 Full-sized Beds, Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a reach-in closet. 

The hallway powder room is located downstairs next to the garage and features a pedestal sink.

Other Amenities: WiFi Wireless internet. High-quality linens, bath, and pool towels plus a starter set of L'Occitane shampoo, conditioner, soaps as well as toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen includes a starter set of paper towels, dish soap, individually wrapped sponge and, dishwasher pods. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and laundry pods. This property also features parking for 4 which includes 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and no street parking.

Location: Como Lake Villa is in one of the very best locations, just off the Avenue 49, restaurants, and shopping in La Quinta, just around the corner from the Empire Polo Club, and near La Quinta Resort, and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 20 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.

As per the HOA rules, overnight street parking is strictly prohibited. This includes all vehicles, with the exception of those parked in designated spaces. Please be aware that large vehicles, such as Sprinter vans, RVs, or any other oversized vans, are not allowed at all in the community, including the driveway of the property.
Any violation of these rules will result in a fine, which will be charged directly to the guest. The minimum fine for parking on the street or for having an oversized vehicle is $500 per day, per vehicle. This fine will be enforced immediately and will be the responsibility of the guest.
