Centrally Located 2 BDRM Condo
Welcome to our 2 BDRM condo which is centrally located in Indio, CA. Nearby is Empire Polo Grounds, city of La Quinta, great eateries and major venues. In a gated community, with designated parking and tennis court and pools available to guest within walking distance. No washer or dryer within the unit however one for guest a short 2-3 walk. The condo is supplies with the essentials and has a small back grass area; does sit backing up to a road. Overall, quiet area and great value. We are travelers ourselves and pride ourselves in making your stay welcoming and realxing.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and a dining table.

Doing the basics well!
This place had all the important things - Responsive and helpful host, comfortable beds, tennis courts across the street and a great price.
We stayed for the Indian Wells tennis tournament which means we used the place to play tennis, eat breakfast and sleep. It worked well.
The experience could be upgraded from good to great with a few simple improvements:
1. bedside tables and lamps
2. illuminated address (we arrived at night and could not figure out which unit was ours)
3. storage for pots/pans other than the oven
4. consider providing soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tissue, etc.
5. matching linens - sheets and pillowcases
6. bigger and newer bath towels
7. remove items from bedroom closets
(This is meant to be helpful. This isn't a complaint.)
