The Space:

Welcome to Casa Coachella, your perfect home base in Indio! This stylish and spacious 3-bedroom retreat comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is just minutes from the iconic Empire Polo Grounds, home to Coachella and Stagecoach festivals.



Inside, you'll find thoughtfully designed interiors with cozy living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of room to relax. Whether you're gathering with family, enjoying a weekend with friends, or attending a local event, this home offers both comfort and convenience.



Step outside to enjoy the back patio with a propane fire pit, perfect for evening hangouts. The two-car garage, additional driveway parking, and street parking make arrival easy for your group. Plus, enjoy access to a nearby country club featuring pickleball, a golf course, a pool, tennis courts, and a fitness center for even more ways to unwind or stay active.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home as well as shared amenities during hours of operation. Please let us know if you plan to use the shared amenities and fitness center, so that we can make sure you are on the guest list. Guests are asked to be very respectful of shared spaces.



Other Things to Note:

If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out and may be subject to a $75 fee. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge.



Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave. If we receive any reports about irresponsible usage of the shared amenities, your access will be revoked.



Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes. Please do not unplug them to avoid fines.



No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.



While we love animals, this is a no pet home.
