You’ll love this peaceful, cozy home overlooking sparkling pool and spa. Kitchen with granite countertops and recently updated appliances, spacious rooms, private fenced yard.You are surrounded by a golf communities, take a morning walk around the many community parks and landscaped paths, or just stroll the streets. You will be greeted by other early rising joggers, bicyclists and dog walkers. Grocery shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, hair/nail salon, dry cleaning, anything you might need is within a short driving distance. Indian Wells, La Quinta and Palm Desert are all only a couple of miles away and each has great shopping and dining. You will be only one mile from a local shopping center with grocery stores, restaurants, banks, cleaners, postal services and more. For an upscale shopping adventure, head to Palm Desert's El Paseo, the 'Rodeo Drive of the Desert,' this mile-long eclectic mix of shops offers jewelry, apparel, art, home decor and haute couture.
