This terrific 4 bedroom 2-bathroom, 2304 sq. ft., home is located on a at the end of a cul de sac in 24 hour gated Bermuda Dunes Country Club. True GREAT ROOM floor plan with a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, refinished cabinets, granite slab counters, and breakfast counter bar is open to the living/dining area. The living area has a cozy fireplace for those cooler evenings plus a large flatscreen mounted on the wall with plenty of seating. The spacious primary suite has doors that open to the patio, a flat screen mounted on the wall and a Texas-sized walk-in closet is located at one end of the home for extra privacy. The primary bath has dual sinks, and a separate shower and beautifully tiled jetted tub. Another one of the bedrooms also has door that open to the patios. The very private rear yard is perfect for entertaining with patios off each side of the home, a covered gazebo, sparkling pool and spa, plus built in BBQ. This home also has a laundry room for your family's needs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and easy to keep that way. We did not find anything that was lacking. There was even a extra indoor deep freeze chest in the pantry! The beds were super comfortable. The pool and hot tub, which were controlled by an app was so convenient. Lounging outside was just perfect with their sofa and table area. The neighborhood is top notch and quiet. The hosts were super nice and very responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
