Nice walk to Lucas Oil Stadium and Convention Center

A nice place to stay if your up for a 25 minute walk to Lucas Oil Stadium area. We enjoyed the daily walk and the new wide sidewalk on Meridian Street. Located in a residential area, it was quiet, easy to find. Bathrooms and bedroom up stairs. Plenty of room for 4 people but enough room for more to stay. Very simple, no extra games, not many kitchen basics if you plan to make meals.

Great Potential

Older home but it was cute. It had everything we needed to stay for our softball tournament we were in town for. AC was great. Beds were good. Our two dogs enjoyed being able to travel with us. The neighborhood isn’t something the host could fix, but it wasn’t one we wanted to walk the dogs in.

Great stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this sweet little newly updated “Urban Oasis” which was a great fit for our family of 5 +2 dogs. We stayed for an Indianapolis Colts game and was minutes from the stadium. Had it been warmer weather the walk to the stadium wouldn’t have even been bad. It was a townhome, but we never heard the neighbors to even know anyone was close by. The back yard was fenced in and perfect for our dogs. There was a neighbor dog who came to greet them a couple times, but caused no issues. The property manager was very good to work with, quick and responsive, and helped make our first VRBO experience a smooth one. Our kids enjoyed the stay (15, 12, 8) as well, our daughter (15) loved the good book selection!
