The Convention Center, Children's Museum, Fountain Square, Bottleworks, and Mass Ave are all within 10-15 minutes! This beautifully furnished townhouse will be your home away from home. Perfect for families or groups wanting to explore the Indy area! You will walk into the fully stocked kitchen with a bar to put your dishes out on or play games. The open concept connects with the living room for easy entertainment and group gatherings. Off of the living room is a small patio and access to the free parking area. On the second floor you will find two bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bathroom. The third floor has a fun loft room and a full bathroom. In the basement is another bedroom with two twin beds.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.

Indy mini runaway

The place was as advertised. It's a great location to walk. Near restaurants and bars. There were some shortcomings. There was only one role of toilet paper for 6 guests. No bath mats and the basement bedroom had no closet or mirror. I'd say some of the general maintenance has been overlooked. We did enjoy the weekend and the place sufficed.

Great place, great neighborhood, off street parking.

Had business in Indianapolis wanted to stay near Mass Av. Based on previous experience I wanted to stay at place with Premier Host. So great to be able to experience Lockerbie and Mass Av neighborhoods.

One night stay for a concert

We were in town on a busy weekend to see Taylor Swift. Courtney was so kind and let us check in early. The space was clean and welcoming. We are thankful to have found such a great spot.
