This property was cute and cozy. Pros: location, available street parking, good air conditioning, kitchen cook wear and dishes, pull out couch, updated appliances, clen sheets and towels, night life and restaurants all around in walking distance. Cons: Dirty carpet, no art in bed room, The bedroom was so small that the bed was against a wall and the nightstand was between the closet and bed giving you only access to one side. The bed was basically on the floor. There was no box spring which left the bed like 3 inches off the floor. The room gave jail/ broke dorm room vibes. The blinds, window seals, lamps and main vent were covered in dust. There were water spots or stains on the celling in the kitchen and bathroom. The outer shower curtain was all white then the bottom was pinkish and dirty. If you don't like noise the bars across the street will not be good for you. On the weekend it was loud at night but I didn't mind it. I got to look into other units because I was always leaving while housekeeping was cleaning and I think my unit was the worst one. All the other units looked like the website except mine with the bedroom. I asked for a room with counter space as I had to make a cake and the website had units with the counter space and of course I got a unit with no space. FYI: The parking is a lot not a garage. Its easier to park on the street by the front door as you have no access to the back door and have to walk around to the front anyway.

The location was great, and the apartment layout and size were perfect for our family. However, there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable. When we arrived, there were dishes left in the dishwasher, and many of the dishes in the cabinets were not clean. The air vents were extremely dusty and clearly in need of cleaning. Additionally, only one of the two stove burners worked, and one of the closets was unusable because it was being used to store a headboard.

Overall, we did not have the best experience here. The area is great--super walkable, great restaurants, shopping, etc. But the overall experience at the Argyle wasn't great. The apartments were dingy, the towels smelled of mildew and things just felt like they were falling apart. Example, toilet paper folder was loose, towel rack holder also loose, just in general, not a top notch experience. Communication was good though we didn't get the code for our second apartment until 1 hour past check-in and it required a text and a call. Great for location, apartment condition not so much.

I really liked this place and I think we would come back!! However, I do wish that there was more lighting at the entrance of this location! At night it can be pretty dark and more light would help make it feel safer. And it would be great if there was possibly free parking or even a discounted rate… but other than those two things I think this place is a good option if you are staying in Indiana and want a close drive to Lucas Oil Stadium!!

The Argyle was in a safe neighborhood. I liked how you need a code to get into the building. The parking was very easy, didn't like how I had to get up at 6:30 am to go move my car or put money in the meter. The one thing it really needs is an elevator. It was very hard to carry luggage up flights of stairs.

The Argyle on Mass is the perfect place to stay in Indy. It’s located in the heart of the city and everything is walkable from this apartment. Check in, check out was seamless and easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. It’s the perfect option in lieu of over priced hotels!

Cute little place, could use some updates, but overall, Nice. The management company is very responsive, and helpful. Small kitchen with appliances, full size refrigerator, and dishes. Great downtown neighborhood. Queen size bed. The bad: Loud restaurant hood vent right outside the window. AC is also very loud.
