About this space
Located in a quiet neighborhood, just a mile west of 465 and approximately 12 mins from the airport. Easy to access and find!
The space
Fully furnished 1 Bedroom Apartment, 1 mile west of 465 and Rockville Rd. Access to many hospital is the area. The home is fully furnished and self contained, with access to the pool and several private patio areas to relax and enjoy a peaceful morning or a nice sunset. Don't worry about working nights, the bedroom has room darkening drapes! There is a full size fridge, electric stove/oven and microwave. The home has it's own furnace, AC and water heater. The kitchen is stocked with most items you would need and if not just ask I probably have 2 of everything! The bathroom has a bath/shower combination, with plenty of towels, washclothes, and hand towels for 1 or 2 people.
I’m located 3 miles from the Indpls Motor Speedway, 7 miles from Downtown Indy and 7 miles from the Indpls International Airport.
Guest access
Inground pool, large yard and great patios to enjoy being outdoors. The pool is my social space. You are welcome to use it. Note: I do not rent my space for locals to come and have a day party or to have a special event. The pool is really just for the guest who are staying here to use.

The home has cable, wifi (Xfinity) Just about a mile you will find a Kroger Store, and 2 miles away you will find a Fresh Time and a Meijer. There is lots of shopping and dining nearby. There are 2 work out facilities also.
