Other Things to Note:
Our neighborhood is very sensitive to noise. We ask that you deliver the same level of respect you’d want from your own neighbors and be mindful of your noise levels while at our home.

Parking is very limited. The street in front is narrow. You are permitted to park one vehicle in the garage and one on the street in front. Please let us know if there will be more than two vehicles involved in your stay as we will assist you with finding alternative parking. There is a marked handicapped parking space for our neighbor on the street in front, you are not permitted to park there. Cars are subject to tow at the city’s discretion.

Please be respectful of our neighbors in the duplex next door. Yard games should not be played adjacent to their fence as objects of the game may get lost over the fence. At no point in time is it permitted to enter the neighbor’s fenced and gated yard for any reason. Please reach out if you do need anything and I am happy to contact them.

• Please refrain from letting your furry friend unleashed or left running outside to avoid the tendency of running over our neighbors' lawn.

•Please do not move any furniture in the home -
*A minimum charge of $100 will be billed to guest if any pieces of furniture have been moved

While we do our best to keep the propane tanks full and ready for use for our guests, there is the chance that it was recently emptied. When this is the case, we kindly ask the guest to take the empty propane tank to the nearest gas station to refill the tank, and a reimbursement will be made to the guest.

• If you will be using the hot tub, please be sure to place the cover back on when done.

• Our jacuzzi tech regularly visits every Monday morning for the hot tub upkeep.

• We'd be delighted to welcome you and your furry friend! We do have a $75 pet fee per pet.
