This home has comfy beds, stylish and fun decor, extra amenities like coffee, teas and sugars, cozy blankets, toiletries and washer/dryer. We offer plenty of entertainment and a fenced yard for a day spent indoors or out. The kids (and adults) will love the arcades, board games, huge 65" gaming TV with HDMI hookup (bring your consoles and cords!), bag toss and kid's nook with toys, books and chalkboard wall. Sit around the firepit, eat at the outdoor dining area, cook on the gas grill, relax for movies with the comfy furniture and large TV's and whip up your favorite cocktails at the fully equipped bar cart. *There are a few steps up to the house at both front and back doors. There are additional stairs inside to access the 2nd story bedrooms, arcade and 2nd full bath.

*No parties, gatherings or events may be held at this home. No unregistered guests allowed, please plan to only bring the people you registered when booking, up to our max occupancy of 8 people.
*We have 4 parking spaces in the rear and street parking in front of the home. Please plan to park directly in front of our behind our home only, and not at a neighbor's property.
*We have hi-speed WIFI, Hulu and Disney + during your stay.
*We provide basic cooking supplies such as oils, spices, condiments and all cookware. We strive to keep these items well stocked, and ask that you notify us or replace items that run out during your stay.
*The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum out of respect for our neighbors. Quiet hours are 11pm-7am at the home, and must be respected at all times.

Nice house

This looks to be a newer house. Was nicely furnished and had all the amenities provided. We had a family of 6 adults stay here with no problems. The check in was easy and the owner was easy to work with. I’d say the only drawback is the neighborhood is run down and is right next to the highway. That said, we really couldn’t hear the traffic at night. You can get to Lucas Oil very easy but do have to walk under the highway. If doing at night, I’d walk in large group or just drive.

Great family rental for the weekend!

We stayed here for our daughter’s swim meet. It was great for our family of 5 to relax and spread out while she wasn’t swimming. Our boys enjoyed all the video games. We felt safe and close to everything! The host was really attentive and accommodating. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this was by far the most equipped—the host thought of everything (ie extra toothbrushes, coffee, creamer, earplugs, etc). Thanks for a fabulous stay!!

Great Spot to Access Lucas Oil and Downtown

We spend a weekend every year coming into town and hitting a Colt's game along with several other local favorites This spot was great for us, and the outdoor patio and fire pit is a really nice touch. Easy access to downtown, and an easy walk to Lucas Oil. A few of the paths under the overpass are a bit sketchy, so recommend doing some planning to avoid the worst areas, but that is easily done. Owner was communicative and responsive. We'll be coming back next year!

Would definitely stay here again if I went back to Indianapolis. Other than a little issue with a temperamental door lock, everything was great. The stairs felt a little narrow, but they worked. I loved that there were lights along the stairs. The beds were very comfortable- on the firmer side like we like them (ours downstairs at least). The freeway was nearby so the noise from that was pretty loud when trying to sleep, but not ridiculously so, and they do provide ear plugs. They really do provide all the little things you might forget (I.e. toothbrushes and toothpaste, flossers, cotton balls and qtips). I have never stayed at a VRBO that provides all of those little extra things. The keurig and coffee pods with creamer was very appreciated as well. While I would not say the home was in the “greatest” neighborhood, it did seem like the neighborhood is getting some love and a remodel. It was very walkable to the convention center and stadium and restaurants for those who like decent walks. About a mile each way. The owners were great to communicate with and always got back quickly with questions. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Thank you for hosting

We stayed for 4 nights and upon arrival were immediately impressed with all of the details the property managers thought of. Individually packaged condiments and bathroom products specifically. The house was clean, the check in process was smooth and communicating with the property managers was a breeze. The internet went out one day and we waited a little while for it to come back on and when it didn't, we reached out and had a resolution within 5 minutes! Extremely impressed and would definitely stay again!

Immaculate home with many amenities

This three bedroom home was very well equipped for any age - kitchen with any pot or pan or utensil you could ever need, including spices, condiments, and coffee supplies. Bathrooms supplied with soap/shampoo/conditioner and many other beauty needs. Laundry room well equipped with detergent, clothes basket, stepstools, etc. Many baby/toddler needs met – highchair, safety, gates, booster seats, etc. - no need to travel with these bulky items. And older children will love the arcade games and boardgames that are supplied. Lovely backyard patio with fire pit and beanbag toss game. Communication with Jennie was notable – many times within minutes. Safe, easy walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium and Indiana Convention Center. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while in Indianapolis for our General Assembly at the Indiana Convention Center. The home was very accommodating with a high chair and pack & play for our grandsons. The home was very well stocked with paper products, laundry soap, etc. Having a fenced in yard was great for the boys to have a small place to play. We enjoyed the outdoor area to sit in the evenings. Uber back and forth to the convention center was also very easy for anyone coming for a conference. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Mouse in the kitchen

On our first nights stay late in the evening, there was a mouse in the kitchen which we video taped - I sent this video to the owners the next day as it was late and did not receive a response - this caused us to not use the kitchen or anything associated with it (who knows how many and where they were nesting ) for the rest of our stay as well as a few people not willing to sleep On the main floor - asked property owners for a partial refund since we did complete our stay but mainly avoided being in the house and the response was “yes we got the video of the mouse in the kitchen but you didn’t ask us to do anything about it - we did address it once you checked out” not sure if I believe they did - didn’t respond to my last email either - if I were a property owner renting my home and an issue like this occurred I would immediately reach out to the guests and see how to remedy the situation not just say well you didn’t ask us to do anything so we didn’t The property itself is located in what seems to be an up and coming area - no issues but not the most desirable surroundings - lots of homeless roaming the area and vacant looking homes - The house was clean other than the mouse in the kitchen and a good job remodeling an older home with new paint and furniture to help make it look better Unfortunate the way this was handled since I rented based on so many great reviews prior Wish I could attach a video/photo but Vrbo does not allow -owners know the truth regardless

Great stay for Indy Sports Attendance

Went to Indy for the NCAA Men’s basketball tournament. The home was perfect for the three of us to attend. Walking distance to the arena (and the stadium if you are a football fan) and to the downtown attractions. Great alternative to expensive hotels. The owners have outfitted the home with a lot of convenience amenities. We raved about the quality of the beds - great night sleep. We would certainly stay here again,
