This gorgeous townhome is the perfect location! Just minutes from the main strip of broad ripple, but sits right in front of 99-acres of the Marrot Woods. This property is designed for large groups. The home is disability friendly *NOT ADA compliant* with a walk in shower on the first floor and a pull out bed.

While the host made checking in very easy the property was very underwhelming. We understood it would be dark but it was so DINGY. None of my family felt comfortable with our shoes off there and the baseboards were filthy. They did an excellent job with providing a ton of clean towels....but thats it. At one point there was no salt and when we opened drawers to find supplies drawers would just fall and cabinet door would fall open constantly. The very little silverware we had was pretty disgusting. Id suggest bringing disposable- much better off. I passed on taking a shower in any of the bathrooms. Highlights included pubic hairs all over the floor and a long black curly hair on my cheap puillow. Ive stayed at far nicer motels for 1/3 of the price. It was pretty gross. Normally we take our time leaving but this is the kind of place you couldn't wait to leave. It says sleeps."8" it might (maybe) comfortably sleep 5? Maybe. Also there was no moving air - no ceiling or box fans just stale gross air. At one point my son opened the window for fresh air and so much dust/dead bugs etc fell into his eyes we had to wash out his eyes several times. Foul.The worst is that my sister in law is highly allergic to cats and when she arrived she was immediately sneezing and almost had to leave. Which didnt surprise me at all when i saw the property in person. They might want to have basic kitchen supplies like cutting.boards or non broken wine openers? Good spot for a 20yo party.

Clean house and convenient location. Very loud traffic area - on College Ave (which is like a divided highway) and we would have known this if the address had been available. Very dark inside and weird bedroom arrangements ( largest room with king is shared with 2 twins).

Stayed for baseball tournament

We stayed here with another family for a baseball tournament. Great location about 20 minutes from Grand Park. Super close to downtown Broad Ripple. We really appreciated having 3 full bathrooms and the owners were so great!
