Ascending to the upper level, guests will be introduced to a splendid secondary lounge, furnished with another expansive smart TV and a plush sofa, spacious enough for everyone to gather for a movie night.

The top floor houses two expansive bedrooms. The master bedroom, positioned towards the house's front, is complemented with its exclusive balcony, a plush king-sized bed, a smart TV, dual capacious closets, and an attached bathroom flaunting a sizeable double walk-in shower. The bedroom at the house's rear presents four cozy queen beds, arranged as two queen-sized bunk beds, equipped with a smart TV and an attached bathroom, inclusive of a roomy closet.

Adjacent to the upstairs lounge is a specialized laundry space. Guests have the liberty to utilize the substantial washer and dryer therein.

Both the front veranda seating zone and the rear deck are accessible for guests' enjoyment. Additionally, a secure yard enveloping the house offers a serene outdoor retreat.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the entire house. Entry is facilitated through a smart keypad, and guests can conveniently park on the street directly in front of the house. Given the tranquility of the street, parking space is always abundant. Additionally, guests can make use of the garage located at the rear.

Situated in the core of Bates Hendricks, guests have the convenience to either walk or drive to numerous local stores and dining options in both Bates Hendricks and the adjacent Fountain Square. You will here cars passing and the occasional siren just like any other downtown neighborhood
