Overall the place met all of my needs and was good for the time I was there. The location is close to downtown, but in an odd spot. Amenities were nice.Check in information was listed incorrectly, and getting ahold of them was not easy, I figured it out on my own and made it in. Once I got in everything went smoothly, internet was a bit spotty.

Unorganized Process

Arrived later in the night to the place and did not have the check in instructions on hand. I had to go through the check out instructions since they thought we arrived. We were told there was parking with the parking garage but didnt even have the pass to get in the garage so we just parked somewhere outside. Had to call the support line a few times to get what we needed. Nice place but bad check in process

Cancelled last minute and lied about it, will not reserve here again.

My girlfriend and I were traveling 4 hours to Indianapolis for the weekend with a reservation made here well in advance. When we arrived to check in they said that VRBO cancelled our reservation, but when we called VRBO to see why it was cancelled, VRBO said that the host was the one that cancelled and they told VRBO they called to let us know. They did not call us at all, lied to VRBO saying they did. First of how are you going to cancel last minute on people traveling multiple hours to your place, not only that but having the audacity to lie about it leaving us stranded. Luckily my girlfriend found us a place, but this was totally an unprofessional move. I will never book with this place ever again, and I also reccommend no else does either.
