The staff was unable to provide room keys, and while many signs of construction abound they have a long way to go to make this an acceptable hotel. I can say I got what I paid for, and with a semi-large convention in town I'm glad to have found cheap accommodations, but I am a forgiving sort and could see others (few others) being less willing to accept the standards offered.
Not sure why they have such an exhaustive list of fees for damaged or stolen items, but at least they are clear about it. Security deposit fee was $50 in Nov. '25

When we arrived at the hotel there was a drug addict throwing up in the parking lot, and several vagrants milling around. I'd recommend you don't leave any valuables in your vehicle. Each room we had had some defect, and the place didn't seem well taken care of. However, when one of our guests found bed bugs in their room, we cut our trip short and left. Despite the obvious health and property concerns with bedbugs, both the hotel and Expedia refused to refund any portion of the trip (I only asked for the night we didn't stay to be refunded, and not even the whole trip).

There were many things to like about this place. Once it is fully restored then I think the rating will go up. My main issue was that it was clear renovation work was being done.

Comfortable Bed, Questionable Location

It is what it is. A low budget hotel just to get some rest and move on. The location felt sketchy at best; however, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were plush.
