I called 3 times before we arrived to make sure we had adjoining rooms. When we arrived, the lady at check in told me the rooms were close but not adjoining. I then told her I'd called 3 times before & expected to have adjoining rooms. She halfheartedly found two. Everything else was perfect!
Went to whitestown for a wedding in zionsville ind. Even though the rooms were blocked out for family members, I would definitely stay there again. Rooms were comfortable and clean, staff was helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was good but I didn't see biscuits and graveyard on the buffet. I Went to a wedding in zionsville ind and the rooms were blocked out for family members. Since I have cousins in that area I will stay at Hampton inn again. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The staff were friendly and answered any questions we asked. The breakfast was great and had niceselection
This is your basic Hampton Inn. Maybe not as updated as some but not shabby either. Still wishing the pool towels were larger and less scratchy. So many other hotels have accomplished that, even some in the Hampton chain that I wish this were universal. The front lobby and the elevator lobby had those air fresheners that you plug in. It isn't necessary if you just keep your facility clean and the chemicals in those fresheners just is not healthy. I unplugged the one on our floor and placed it on the table in front of the elevators. I don't recall seeing air fresheners in other Hampton Inns. Don't know why this one did it.
Much to our delight, we were invited to the Purdue Homecoming football game. We needed to get a hotel, but everything in Lafayette was booked. So we ended up booking here. Not our first choice, by far, but this turned out just fine. The hotel is newish, the rooms were big, and the staff was friendly. I write this review to remind me that this would be a good backup hotel for future homecomings. Our room had a big king sized bed, a flatscreen TV with full Direct TV content, a big bathroom, and very nice prints on the wall. And it was a hot day and the A/C worked really well. The lobby featured a nice free hot breakfast -- we didn't take advantage, we were meeting people on campus for breakfast. The hotel is about an hour south of campus. Technically it is in Whitestown (I-65 Exit 130, Whitestown Parkway), one notch North of Zionsville. The usual drive to Purdue would be to follow I-65, but Google maps recommended splitting off from 65 and taking Route 52 to 231, avoiding I-65 construction traffic. That's what we did and it worked out fine.
Great hotel with excellent service, from walking in, to leaving. Helpful when asking about Hilton honors. They set me up for future stays! Glad I made the move to Hilton properties. Keep it up Zionsville, IN.
This hotel was very clean and staff was very attentive to my needs. We had two rooms reserved and staff made sure the rooms were next door to each other. The staff greeted us each time they meet each time whether is was the front desk or the hallwasy.
The manager working the front desk was very cordial and polite. I arrived late into the evening so I was not able to utilize any of their amenities. The room was very clean, decorated nicely, quiet and overall comfortable. The breakfast the next morning had plenty of choices including fresh fruit. I would recommend staying for anyone who may need an Indianapolis area room.
I love to stay at a Hampton Inn when we travel. One reason is that they usually provide a microwave and refrigerator in the room. It was a wonderful surprise to find a large size refrigerator at this Hampton Inn, rather than the standard hotel minibar size appliance. Very nice room and hotel.
This Hampton Inn was excellent! It was clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great! It was conveniently located near restaurants, gas stations and close to the Zionsville soccer fields!
Just off of I-65, and located behind Meijer's which came in handy...other shops also nearby. Was kinda surprised when I went to the lobby to get a cookie and was told they don't make them for guest on the weekends!
