The monon rail trail is minutes away for all of your outdoor walking and biking activities. Downtown Broad Ripple and downtown Indianapolis are both minutes away. Butler University is walking distance as well as Marian University and IUPUI being close by. We are less than 15 minutes from St.Vincent and Methodist hospitals.😄

Fantastic house with all the amenities for the kitchen! The owner was so nice and helpful all along the way. Checkout and cleanup was super simple and I didn't feel like a maid when I was leaving like I have with other places. Would recommend this house and will be staying here again!

Very cute small house suitable for up to 4 adults. Very clean, nice neighborhood, and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Having laundry available in the basement was a nice perk. We had a great stay!

Baseball tournament brought us to town

This little house is a gem. It is well maintained, clean, and well appointed. I stayed here with my son and his friend for their baseball tournament and it was just what we needed. Lots of thoughtful additions like spices in the kitchen, cooking spray, bug spray, extra toothbrushes, games and more. I appreciated that there were plenty of towels and blankets. The neighborhood is beautiful. Would absolutely stay here again!
