It was everything we had hoped for. Plenty of room for us and within walking distance of almost every place we wanted to go. Property owner was very helpful in working with us to extend our stay. Would definitely recommend for a Indianapolis visit!

It was the perfect place to spend a long weekend! Beautifully decorated, cute courtyard, with an awesome master bath. Great location too- right near the city center but still a quiet neighborhood.

We came to celebrate Thanksgiving cause family couldn’t come home. I brought along a lot of what I needed to cook The kitchen had many things in it. Was not as sparse as I thought might be. Could use a few serving bowls but I realize most won’t come there for family meals. Was a wonderful place. Far exceeded what we had hoped for.

Absolutely Perfect!

I admit, I usually do not find the time to write reviews. Positive or negative. But this is an exception I wouldn’t pass up! Our stay at Don & Kim’s townhouse was nothing less than perfect! They were model hosts! Communicative, responsive and above all else - friendly. The townhouse was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed and more! They left treats for our kids for Halloween which the little absolutely adored! This property and its hosts are A+ and will have a repeat family guest!

WOW!! My stay was FANTASTIC! I was very impressed with the condition of the townhouse and all the amenities we had available to us. It's located so close to downtown Indy and tucked away in a safe and lovely neighborhood. There are restaurants and shops within a mile making it easy to walk or drive to amenities. Or use the bus stop at the end of the street. It was ideal having the garage available to us. Inside the home, the decor made it very aesthetic pleasure and functional for our stay. We had more amenities than we needed!! Many thanks to the owners who were responsive and let us know we could reach out to them if we needed anything. This is one of the best stays in a rental home I have ever had including my decades of traveling for work. This will be my first choice for stays in Indy every time!
