The home was quaint and had a lot of charm, and overall we enjoyed our stay. The main areas such as kitchen, and bathrooms were clean and appeared to be well maintained.The check-in process could have been a little more organized. All other VRBO stays we've encountered, you would typically receive check-in instructions and access information automatically on the day of arrival and there would for some type of information regarding Wi-Fi and check out procedures in the property. In this case, we had to reach out directly to the host for access and all process / procedures upon arrival. Overall, it was a charming property in a nice area, and the host was responsive and accommodating.

The host was very responsive. When we arrived the water pressure was bad (City problem, not VRBO problem). Josh was on it and let us know that the issue was with the city and that it was going to be resolved quickly!
