Apartment was dirty, and there were no cleaning supplies in the unit. Carpets were dirty, even found a pill on the floor of the master bedroom. both bathroom counters were stained and dirty. Walls are thin and you definitely hear neighbors, especially around midnight to 2 am when the bars close. Best thing about this property is the proximity to downtown. owners were engaged and responsive until I sent my thoughts on the property.
